Program Philosophy
We foster a cooperative, encouraging, and kind atmosphere where supportive communication and project focus drive success. Our goal is to grow as coaches while sparking self-motivation in students to pursue their dreams in STEM fields.
Registration Requirements
School Registration
All coaches and mentors must complete school registration and receive clearance. Contact the club director to initiate the registration process with school administration.
FIRST Registration
Mentors must register with FIRST and create an account for their specific team. This includes completing youth protection screening.
Facility Access
Building Access
- FOB available for keyless entry
- Room 47: Limited key access (request from club director)
- Room 46: Access via custodians
Room Booking
Coaches must coordinate with school administration for team meetings. Responsible for timely start/end of sessions and proper facility use.
Safety & Responsibility
Coaches and mentors are responsible for student safety and must ensure all participants understand and follow safety protocols.

Financial Management
The robotics club operates through:

Club funds cover materials, tools, parts, and competition registration. Team apparel, food, and transportation are covered by separate parent contributions. See the financial section for more details.
